Exhibitor Section

Login ID and Password for your dashboard has been sent to your registered email ID already during your booth registration process.

If you have not received the same, you can generate password on your own:

  • Login Id – Email Id used for registration
  • Password – click on Reset Password, new password will be sent to your registered email ID.
    • Indusfood-F&B click to reset password.

Onsite Branding / Sponsorship Options

Multiple onsite branding options are available, you can book the same by login into your dashboard. You can also write to us for more details/ customised proposal, contact details as below:

Booth and Additional Services

You need to get your booth design approved from the organiser before 15th December 2023. You can find the required forms and guidelines in the exhibitor’s manual which can be accessed by login into your dashboard.

  • Go to Manage Projects > purchase services >

Logistics

You may contact our official Freight Forwarder, details available in the exhibitor’s manual which can be accessed by login into your dashboard. They will be happy to assist you.

Badges

You can generate your exhibitor badges by login into your exhibitor dashboard

  • Go to Manage Projects > Generate Exhibitor Badges

Number of badges are inked with the booth package selected by you, please log-in to your exhibitor dashboard to check the number badges assigned.

Badges will be made available at the venue one day before the official move-in date. Kindly refer to the deadline section in exhibitor manual which can be accessed by login into your dashboard.

Invoice and Payment

Final invoice will be sent to you after receipt of 100% payment, you may contact our team as below:

Bank details are mentioned on the bottom of your booth booking voucher sent to you by email at the time of registration.

Travel and Accommodation

Please share your travel plan and copy of passport with the exhibitor coordination desk, they will send Visa recommendation letter to your registered email.

Hotel enquiries can be sent directly to the designated travel agency, details are available in the exhibitor’s manual which can be accessed by login into your dashboard. They will be happy to assist you.
